RETURN POLICY

Returns

You can make a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment. The condition is to deliver the product with the return form and proof of purchase. To make a return / exchange, the goods must not bear signs of use, must be in the condition in which the customer received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging with a completed return form.

In the return message, we will provide details for the return shipment (shipping address) and the necessary return form.

We will process the refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment.

When you return products, you will have to pay the returning cost yourself. Upon return of the products, you will receive the money when we’ve had the opportunity to investigate the returned product.

Products Made To Order (prepared for individual orders) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Complaints

If the received product has manufacturing faults* (unrelated to usage or mechanical damage), please contact us at: contact@lile-jewelry.com
In the email, please provide the order number and receipt/purchase proof.

***Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken pearl, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.
